The purpose of the Association is in addition to promote the international understanding between Germany and the Dominican Republic. To promote the economic trade relations and investment in the Dominican Republic. One of the main functions of the Association is to serve companies and investors in both countries with quickly and direct Basicinformations for their business. Support of information as well as the mediation of country-specific knowledge of their members as well as from people whose interest are focused  on the activities of the Association.

Cooperation with other organisations, chambers of commerce and authorities who maintain the relations between Germany and the Dominican Republic. Contact with key members of cultural, political and economic life in the Dominican Republic and Germany.
